  • SUITS
    1. What are the TUBRO suits made of?

      TUBRO’s water polo and swimming suits are made of high resistance polyester, developed by TUBRO in order to obtain the best results in quality and durability.

    2. What is the difference between men’s water polo and swimming suits?

      The fundamental difference is that all water polo suits have a double layer of fabric. They are considered fully lined, more difficult to grab, and fit closer to the body.

      Our swimming suits are only lined in the front to avoid transparency.

       

       

    3. Are TUBRO suits chlorine resistant?

      Yes, both our water polo suits and our swimsuits are made of a fabric specifically designed to resist the harshness of chlorine, while also offering increased elasticity and adaptability.  Because of this, the suit’s colors will not fade and will keep their original appearance for longer than your typical swimsuit.

    4. How should I care for my suit?

      Follow these instructions to maximize the life of your TUBRO suits:

      1. Rinse fully in cold water after each use.
      2. Do not leave rolled up while humid.
      3. Avoid contact with rough surfaces.
      4. Avoid contact with greasy materials, sunscreens or other chemical agents.
      5. Wash with a soft detergent, in cold water without the spin cycle.  Do not dry suits in the sun.

      Following these simple instructions will extend the life of your suit. Keep in mind, of course, that all fabric has a finite life depending on use, amount of chlorine exposure, and other factors.

       

       

    5. Can I purchase a suit that is not listed in the online shop?

      The TUBRO design selection is so extensive that to put them all online would be very difficult. If you are interested in a model that is not currently listed in the online shop, please contact us and we might be able to find it for you.

       

       

    6. Can I personalize my swimsuit?

    7. Can I buy only one TUBRO suit? Is there a minimum?

      There are no minimums in our online shop. We do require a minimum order of three suits for any custom order.

       

       

    8. What is the price of a suit?

      All prices for TUBRO products are indicated next to the item. Please note that taxes (CA residents only) and shipping will be added to your total at checkout. 

       

       

  • SHIPPING
    1. How much is shipping?

      Shipping will be automatically calculated upon checkout and will depend on items purchased (number of units, weight, volume, and shipping distance).

    2. How do I know if my order has been correctly processed?

      When the order process has been finalized and the payment information completed and authorized you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Please check your order carefully and let us know immediately if something is not perfect.

    3. When will I receive my order?

      Item receipt times will vary. Items that are in stock generally ship between 1-2 business days. Custom items must go through our design process and will generally be shipped to the customer within three weeks of design approval. When your order leaves our warehouses you will receive an email.

      Backordered items will be shipped once new stock is received. We will contact you if the item you would like is currently backordered.

       

       

    4. How will my order be shipped?

      All orders are sent via UPS or the USPS. At checkout, customers will select which shipping method they prefer. Tracking information will be sent to each customer once the order has been processed and shipped.

    5. What happens if I am not home when my order arrives?

      If a signature is required, the delivery company will leave a note with further instructions as to how to receive the package.

    6. Can I receive my order at a PO Box?

      Only orders with the option to ship USPS can be shipped to a PO Box.

    7. Do I have any additional payments to make when I receive my order? Customs, shipping, etc.?

      The shipping costs are included in the price.  At no time should the transport agency try to charge additional costs.

      The ONLY extra that isn’t included in the order is customs duties in the receiving country.  Customs duties vary from country to country and it is impossible to pre-determine costs or when they will be applied.

      When the shipping company requires payment for customs it is because Customs of that country has required it.  Remember that there are countries whose legislation strongly protects their own products and thus the tariffs for imported goods are high.

      When placing an order each client is responsible for those customs duties or other tariffs imposed by their country.  We advise you to get customs information for your country on goods coming from Spain. 

       

       

  • PAYMENT
    1. What are accepted payment methods?

      Payment can be made through credit card or check via purchase order (PO). Purchase orders must be initiated through a school, school district, club program, or other recognized institution and will need to be verified prior to order initiation. CODs are not acceptable methods of payment.

       

       

  • RETURNS/EXCHANGES
    1. Can items be returned or exchanged?

      We do accept exchanges or returns as long as the item is in its original condition and original packaging. If the product you ordered is not the correct size or does not meet your expectations you can exchange it for another size, model or color.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will refund your purchase price, less shipping and handling.  You can return all or part of the order as long as it is unopened and unused. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

       

       

    2. Where do I send the products I would like to return or exchange?

      Please remember to include the completed Kap7/TUBRO Return/Exchange form along with the packing slip to the above address. Upon receipt of the items, we will inspect the returned products and initiate the exchange. Items will be 

      Please note that Kap7/TUBRO is not responsible for shipping or any costs associated with returning or exchanging products. However, there will be no additional charges to ship the new products to you.
