About KAP7

Founded by aquatic greats Bradley Schumacher and Wolf Wigo, KAP7 is comprised of 5 former collegiate athletes. Combined they have participated in 12 NCAA Water Polo Championships, 3 NCAA Swimming Championships, 2 NCAA Swimming Finals, and claimed 7 NCAA Water Polo titles. Based on many years of combined experience, KAP7 was formed to design and build innovative world class products for the water polo community that are “Built by Water Polo Players, For Water Polo Players”.

 Co-Founder- Bradley Schumacher After a life long friendship and long aquatic career, Brad partnered with teammate Wolf Wigo to form KAP7 International. Combining their experience, vision and passion for water polo they set out to create quality products that were “built by water polo players for water polo players”. Bradley is a two-time, two-sport (swimming and water polo) Olympian from the United States. He was part of two gold medal swimming relay teams at the 1996 Olympics. Four years later at the 2000 Games he was a member of the USA's water polo team. A former freestyle swimmer, Schumacher's two gold medals came as a member of the USA men's swimming relay teams at the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia: in the 4!100m freestyle and in the 4!200m freestyle. Four years later the USA men's water polo team he played on finished sixth at the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, Australia. Bradley currently is the Club Director and Coach for Saddleback - El Toro (SET) Swim and Water Polo Club. SET is one of the premier clubs in the nation, consistently competitive nationally and turning out collegiate athletes. He is a 1997 graduate of the University of the Pacific, in Stockton, California where he also earned his MBA in 2003. Brad is married.

CoFounder- Wolf Wigo Wolf has taken his passion for water polo and turned it into a career. Successful both on and off the pool deck (Former trader at the Pacific Exchange in San Francisco) he has been able to attain heroic achievements in the sport of water polo. Some career highlights follow. A prodigy of the New York City water polo scene Wolf Wigo’s accomplishments could fill a small village. Never the biggest player in the pool, he emerged on the national scene at the age of 13 playing with the senior team of the New York Athletic Club. A standout in swimming and water polo for Bronx Science High School, Wigo’s 17 and under club team is still the only non-California team to ever win a Junior Olympics. At Stanford University he rolled up two NCAA Championships including his senior season that saw a 27-1 record, MPSF Player of the Year and NCAA Player of the Year honors. In addition Wigo is only one of nine athletes in Stanford history to be named All-American four straight years. As his college career wound to a close his Senior National Team experience began to take off. The top scorer at the 1993 and 1995 World University Games, Wigo earned a spot on the 1996 Olympic squad in Atlanta becoming the first player hailing from east of the Rockies to make the team since 1956. This was the first of three straight Olympic Games he would play in including the 2000 Sydney Olympics and 2004 Athens Olympics. A member of the 1997 FINA Cup Gold Medal winning squad, Wigo served as team captain from 2001-2004, was named USA Water Polo Male Athlete of the Year on three occasions, and in 2000 was named to the All-World First Team by NBC Sports following the Olympic Games. A member of the New York Athletic Club Hall of Fame and USA Water Polo Hall of Fame, Wigo starred in Greece for three seasons. Since retiring internationally Wigo has given back to the water polo community helping to form SET Water Polo of Orange County and co-founding KAP7 International. Still an active participant with the New York Athletic Club winning numerous National Championships, Wigo also serves as a color commentator for NBC Olympics, most recently at the 2008 Olympic Games and is slated for the 2012 Olympic Games in London. Wigo is also the Director of Water Polo at UCSB. Wigo is married with three children.

President & CEO- Todd Snider Todd, partnered with founders Bradley Schumacher and Wolf Wigo in January 2011 as President and CEO to oversee day to day operations, develop and implement strategic initiatives to spur innovation and efficiencies, and drive the company to the next stage of growth. Prior to KAP7, Todd worked at Clean Water Technology, and as a commercial real estate broker at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) and Newmark Knight Frank (NKF). At CWT Todd was responsible for management of sales, business development, project management, marketing, advertising, accounting and sustainability. As a commercial real estate broker, Todd utilized financial, analytical, communication, presentation and negotiation skills to provide clients with high quality strategy and transaction execution. Todd attended Stanford University where he graduated in 2002 with a MA in Sociology and a BA in Sociology in 2001. Todd’s water polo accolades include: 2001 NCCA Champion, 3 NCAA Championship Appearances, Academic All American, Member of USA Youth Team, Member of USA Junior National Team, First Team NISCA All American, and a member of the Olympic Club. Todd is married.
